Who We Are

What We Keep
When you use the form, we keep your name, your email address, what you told us you run, which page the form was on and when you agreed to us using these details.
We don't ask for documents, a phone number, a MoMo number, or bank or card details. Please don't send them. The form refuses long numbers for this reason.
Every screen on this site that looks like it takes a payment is a sample. What you type into one stays in your browser, goes nowhere and isn't kept. A number that looks like a real card is refused and cleared.
Why We Keep It
To reply to you and to keep a record of having done so. You agree to this when you send the form, and you can withdraw that agreement at any time. We don't add you to a mailing list, and it signs you up to nothing.
Who Handles It
The form is sent to our own systems. To run them we use service providers for hosting and databases, for sending email, and for an automated check that a form was sent by a person. They handle information only to provide those services.
How Long We Keep It
We delete what you sent 24 months after you sent it. To stop spam and abuse, the form limits how many can be sent from one connection or address; for that we keep a scrambled form of your connection's address for 30 days.
Your Rights
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to how we use it. Write to the address above and a person will answer. You can also complain to Ghana's Data Protection Commission.
